Oda of Metz (ca. 910 - 10 Apr 963) was a German noblewoman.
She was the daughter of Count Gerard of Metz. Her mother Oda of Saxony was a daughter of Otto I, Duke of Saxony and thus a member of the Liudolfings. One of her brothers was Henry the Fowler. Because of this family connection Oda was a cousin of the first Holy Roman Emperor, Otto I the Great.
Uda blev gift med Gozlin of Bidgau and Methingau Count, søn af Wigeric Graf im Bidgau und Ardennengau og Cunigunda of France. (Gozlin of Bidgau and Methingau Count blev født i 911 og døde i 942-943.)
